LEVEL SYSTEM:

Exclusive to Prive, our tier level pricing is based upon the continued education, experience, productivity and client demand of the stylist. Each stylist must meet very strict criteria in order to advance in their career path and progress to a new level.

Please note, those who are at a Level 5 and above are considered to be Prive Educators. Our Educators have established a high client demand and work side by side with a licensed associate to ensure guest experience and operate their schedule in the most efficient way.

We screen our staff very carefully and pride ourselves on only hiring the best of the best to serve our guests- rest assured, you are in great hands with any provider you choose. Feel free to browse our Team Members Bio’s to choose the service provider that fits your criteria.

REDO POLICY:

Please know that in certain situations your desired look may take more than one session. If that is the case your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your results please call the salon where you had your services done. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your appointment time. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICES.
